By scheduling an appointment or receiving services at NuEra Signature Spa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions.
Guest Information
NuEra Signature Spa must be notified of any changes to your address, contact information, or payment information.
Spa Policies
Guests are expected to follow all spa rules, policies, and regulations. NuEra Signature Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for any reason.
Pricing, hours, services, and policies are subject to change without notice.
Appointments and Late Arrivals
All appointments will end at the scheduled ending time so that we can remain on schedule for all guests.
Guests who arrive late for their scheduled appointment will be charged the full service price. The appointment will not be extended to make up for time lost due to a late arrival.
Cancellations and No Shows
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without providing notice will be considered a no show and will be charged a $50 no show fee.
Personal Belongings
NuEra Signature Spa is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal belongings. Please keep valuables with you during your visit.
Sales and Purchases
All sales are final. Purchases of services, products, gift cards, packages, or other items are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by NuEra Signature Spa.
